This past Sunday was my nieces 1st birthday and we had a big celebration! We invited close friends and family and had a blast. I surprised my sister by renting a Jumpy house with the Strawberry Shortcake theme.
I also purchased a delicious cake made by one of my co-workers and he did a fantastic job.. The top layer was a Carrot Cake, The middle layer was a Tropical Rum with fresh Pineapple and the last layer was a delicious Strawberry Cream Cheese cake to die for!
I headed out to the mall on Saturday and my boys made her a special bear in build a bear and it was so funny me with three boys making a bear for a little girl and we were trying to get her the perfect girl outfit. LOL People would just stair when Little Luis would come with a girl outfit for the bear.
While walking through the mall I came upon an amazing sale at Gymboree! They had all the summer clothes on sale with a 60%! Because we live in the Sunshine State this is really a bargain as our Summers last longer. I just had to buy her a couple of outfits! I called Luis to tell him and he said if I went overboard he would have all my cards canceled! LOL I just love to shop for girls!
On Monday we just went over to Joey's girlfriends house and hung out in the community pool!
Even though I did not watch my calorie intake this weekend I still managed to loose 2 lbs look at the below post!

First - congrats on the weight loss!!! I cannot stand how cute the party looked. That cake! (tropical RUM?!?!?!?) OMG.
