I got a court date! If you all remember this post! You know why I am happy to get a court date. I hope it all goes well and Mr. Cop does not show up. If not oh well what can you do. The court clerk told me that if the Police Officer does show up at least I can plea no contest and since it is my first ticket for “speeding” most likely the judge will not deduct points from my license…. The date September 24th at 1:00pm. Yikes!
